C.S.N.S. Gala

On Sunday C.S.N.S. had a gala. There were lots of stalls and activities. I did touch from 11 to 1.30. We had to play Outkast, Parkland, Our lady of Lourdes and C.S.N.S white. All of the teams got a lollypop and Mcdonalds voucher also some got a spot prize witch were balls, bags, hats, drink bottles and more.
Once we had finished touch we could look around the gala and buy some stuff. I got a airbrush tattoo some sweet food, books and a chicken kabab.
We went home after all the raffles and prizes had been given out. It was fun.

Paper Challenge

On Wednesday we had to do a paper challenge and make this. ------->
It was quiet hard to make but we finally did it.

The Holidays

In the holidays I went to the Ashhurst market with Mum and Joseph. There were lots of stalls at the market like cheese, fudge, knitted stuff an some more. We got some plants, Some lolly's and and some face cream. We were going to go to my Grans but she wasn't home. Then Gran text and said we had missed her by 10 minutes.

The Mind Lab

On Tuesday GRi11 went to The Mind Lab. We learnt lots of new things. We did Makey Makey, 3D Printing, Car Making, Scribble Bots and Stop Motion Animation. My favourite was the 3D Printing because I had never done it before and you could make anything. We used this app called tinkercad to make our design. All the kids in GRi11 get to have their design in 2-4 weeks because there are a lot to print.

GRi11 Businesses

In GRi11 we all got into groups to do business.We are using the business to raise money to go to mind lab.These are some of the groups Tyre ottomans crayon candles an dKitty computers.Our Group is Dough-Tastic and we sell playdough.

Since our school is doing digi awards our class got to go out in groups of two or three to take some photos.

Start of term highlight

My highlight for the start of the term is the integration unit witch is business.My other highlight has to be that were going to go to fielding and go to the stock market and the farmers market next friday.

Ice Skating

In the school holidays I went ice skating with my cousin Rebecca, Nigel my aunties partners kid Cohen and my aunties friends kids Ivy and Violet. When we got there Ivy was in the ticket place because she had fallen over and got a cut on her head so she got an ice slide pass and we all all got 2 turns on it.The ice slide was fun.You pulled up a tube and then sat in it and slid down it and smashed into the end.I fell over a few times skating but i got the hang of it and then was quiet good at it.

My highlight of term 2

My highlights of Term 2 was the getting into sports academy for Go for Gold and making our own training program in little groups, then doing them. My group was netball with Ella, Siu, Rhylee, Alaa and me. It was awesome.

Mars Information Report

People call mars the red planet due to the  red colour from the iron oxide in its soil.

Mars is about ⅙ the size of Earth.It’s the fourth planet from the sun.It’s  more than 142 million miles from the sun.

Mars is named for the ancient Roman god of war.The Greeks called the planet Ares.The Romans and Greeks associated the planet with war because the red colour  resembles the colour of blood.

Mars has two small moons named Phobos Deimos.Phobos is a bit larger than Deimos.Phobos means fear and Deimos means flight in Greek.

Mars surface is rocky, with canyons, volcanoes, dry lake beds and craters all over it.Mars also has clouds and wind just like Earth.Sometimes the wind will blow the red dust into a dust storm.

The Treasure

The Treasure

He swam deeper and deeper and deeper in his scuba gear and then all of a sudden there it was the golden glow of the treasure surely he was close to it now.He had been waiting a long time for this he was going to be the first person to get it.He must be so close to it now.Just a little bit longer he said to himself.But he was wrong.When he got to the glow he realised that it was just a globfish he saw the real glow he new it now because it was to bright to be a fish and the colour the colour it was just to beautiful to be true.His feet were paddling madly down to the bottom.”YES!!”He shouted.”I have found it at last”.He grabbed the chest and paddled back up to the surface.

“Oh yuck this cross country is disgusting”Said Gerald.I hate this thought Bob the muddy mud.All these boys trenching through me.Meanwhile Gerald was in the lead.He had been speeding past all of the other kids.Then all of all of a sudden there was a little noise so Gerald looked around and saw nobody was there.There was again thought Gerald.”Where are you” Said Gerald thinking it was just a joke.”I am under you”Moaned Bob.”Can you please get off me and this is not a joke see I will move”Gerald looked around and saw a mound  mud move for side to side.”See I waved”Said Bob.Gerald was open mouthed at this.”Ok I have to keep going now”Said Gerald.”Bye” “Bye”Yelled Bob.

Title:How to make the most supreme smores

Goal:To learn how to make smores

You will need:Marshmallows,Biscuits,Sticks and a fire

• Light a fire get some mellows

• Get your sticks and put your mellows on the stick

• Get your sticks and put your mellows on the stick

• Put the sticks over the fire to crisp up (only put over the fire 30 seconds to a minute)

• Then get the biscuits ready on the table

• Next get the toasted mellows and put them in the biscuits

• Then pick up your smore and eat it while its hot and make sure you don't drop it

Mellows=Marshmallows
